Fran began her career in Massachusetts, where she graduated from U MA – Amherst. She owned and operated King Oak Farm, a successful boarding, training, and sales facility. Since then, she has relocated to Ocala, FL, and operates a small boarding and sales facility. She now spends more time officiating than competing. Fran is a Level 2 FEI Steward in Eventing and Level 3 Steward in Dressage. She has officiated at the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event, Maryland 5* Event, World Equestrian Games in both Kentucky and Tryon, Pan Am Games in Peru and Toronto, and various other competitions both domestically and internationally. When not officiating, she enjoys “playing in the dirt” to make flowers grow and spending time with her husband, Tom and their Jack Russells.
