Linda Paine is a respected figure in the Temecula, California equestrian community with decades of involvement in horse breeding and training. Along with her husband Terry, Linda is the owner and operator of KingsWay Farm, where together they have bred and raised many successful international event horses. The most noteworthy of these is CCI5* mare Gin & Juice, who initially brought Linda into the world of FEI sport, but has included numerous others such as Pan Am Games team silver medalist, Five O'ClockSomewhere, and Young Event Horse and CCI3* champion Cheers. After many years of involvement as rider, owner, breeder, and volunteer, Linda finally took up the reins as FEI steward for prominent West Coast events, including Galway Downs CCI4*, Twin Rivers CCI4*, and The Horse Park at Woodside CCI4*. She enjoys staying connected to the sport through her roles at these events in addition to overseeing the horses still coming up the ranks at the farm.
