About Earle Olaisen 

Earle resides in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia. When his not working supervising early morning track work at the Newcastle Race course, you will find him either volunteering for the sport, or being an FEI Steward both here in Australia or internationally.


Earle is an FEI Level 2 Dressage Steward, FEI Level 2 Eventing Steward. FEI testing Technician, EA National Medication Control Steward. EA National Level 2 Dressage Steward, EA National Level 2 Eventing Steward.


Earle came to Kentucky in 2024, where he volunteered, as a Assistant Fence Judge, (Head of the Lake) water complex. Earle has also volunteered over the years, the very first was back in 2018, the World Equestrian Games (Tryon, NC, USA),


In 2020/1 Tokyo Olympic Games, (Team Leader Fence Judge, & FOP) during covid, where on arriving home to Australia he had to stay in a hotel (quarantine) for two weeks before he was able to return home to family.


In 2022, Pratoni, Italy Test Event for Eventing, returning in September for the World Championships, in the same year, the World Championships held in Herning, Denmark, (Dressage, Jumping)


In 2024 he attended Paris Olympic Games, as Team Leader Sports Administrator, as well as the Team Leader Fence Judge (Water Complex) at the beautiful venue, the Chateau de Versailles, Paris, also attending the Para Olympics as a Team Leader for the Scoring & Timing.


In 2025, Earle, was the Assistant Chief Steward in Strzgom Poland for their Spring Open II event, (Eventing)


Earle has been Chief Steward on previous occasions, Australian Youth Championships, DNSW State Championships.
