Codie Campbell grew up around horses and has been involved in the equine industry for most of her life. Originally from Virginia, she developed a strong background in hunter and jumper riding while gaining hands-on experience in horse care, training, and farm operations. Over the years, Codie has worked in several roles within the industry, including as a farm assistant, groom, rider, and operations coordinator, building experience in both the day-to-day management and organizational side of equine facilities.



She is currently a student at the University of Kentucky and began interning with Equestrian Events, Inc. (EEI) at the beginning of 2026. In her role, she assists with competition logistics and supports the planning and execution of event operations. Codie is excited to continue learning more about the eventing industry while contributing to the team behind one of the sport’s premier competitions.
