Sydney joined the EEI team as the hostess in The Chalet on Rolex way for the 2025 Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event. After her amazing experience, she joined the team as the Development Intern, taking the role in setting up the Chewy Demonstration Arena for the 2026 event. Her prior experience in the Equine Industry revolves working around horses back home in New Jersey and a Thoroughbred farm in Paris, KY.

Sydney is a current Equine Science and Management student on the pre-veterinary track at the University of Kentucky.
