What we provide:
- 10'x10' dedicated recording space
- EEI-branded backdrop
- One table and three chairs
- One two-hour block (including setup, buffer, and teardown)
- Prime location on The Hill
What you need to bring:
- Microphone(s)
- Recording devices
- Cables
- Accessories
What isn't allowed:
- Additional signage, banners, backdrops, or branded material
Brand, Content, and Oversight Guidelines
- All content recorded in the Podcast Tent must align with the values, standards, and public-facing image of the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event
- Content may not imply official endorsement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
- EEI reserves the right to monitor and oversee content recorded on-site to ensure alignment with event standards
- EEI retains the right to request edits or removal of content that materially misrepresents the event, violates event policies, or reflects negatively on the event, its partners, or participants
- Final approval of scheduling and use rests with the event team
Scheduling & Use
- Time slots are final once selected and paid for
- No switching, rescheduling, or trading of time slots will be permitted after booking
- All users must fully vacate the Podcast Tent by the end of their scheduled two-hour window to accommodate the next booking
No Show - Cancellation Policy
All Podcast Tent bookings are non-refundable. If a booked outlet or individual does not arrive within their scheduled booking window, the booking will be considered a no-show and the reservation will be forfeited without refund. This policy helps ensure efficient use of the space and fair access for all participants.
